From joining Silea to today’s responsibilities

I discovered the company through a job advertisement in a newspaper looking for a CAD designer for the technical office. At the time, I was working in the prototyping office of
a leading industrial lighting manufacturer, but I felt the need to return to the mechanical sector, where I already had experience.

Today at Silea, I have a multifaceted role: I am the Quality Manager and Plant Manager. On one hand, I ensure that company processes comply with system and product certification standards as well as current legal requirements. On the other, I collaborate with department managers to achieve the goals set by management and ownership. My experience in the Oil&Gas sector and the technical office also allows me to contribute to the development of new products for customers and internal equipment.

Passion and knowledge sharing

What excites me most about my job is the variety of industries Silea operates in. From Oil&Gas to alternative fuels like LNG, as well as the chemical sector to the food
industry, every day brings new and stimulating experiences.

The biggest challenge I face is contributing to the company's growth through the continuous improvement of organizational and technical processes. I strongly believe that progress happens through sharing: discussing with colleagues and working together toward a common goal is essential. In fact, one of Silea’s core values that I relate to the most is trust in people and their abilities. I am a testament to this, and for that reason, I strive to pass on the same spirit to the new generations joining the company.

Career growth and innovation

In my role, I have the privilege of having a broad view of the company's needs, which in turn allows me to grow professionally. The support I feel most strongly from Silea
comes precisely from sharing and analyzing strategies with the company’s leadership.

Innovation is a fundamental part of my work, and I always approach it with enthusiasm. I like to think that after 30 years of experience, every contribution leaves a tangible mark. Among the tools I use, collaboration with colleagues remains the most effective method for continuous improvement.

Projects and aspirations

I have had the opportunity to participate in numerous exciting projects, both related to products and company management. In recent months, for example, we have been
developing a new automated test bench for volumetric pump testing, which will allow us to perform defined and programmable tests based on customer requirements. This type of solution demonstrates the company’s constant drive for innovation.

Looking ahead, my commitment remains to contribute to Silea’s growth by passing on my experience to future professionals. The most rewarding moment in my career was undoubtedly when I was entrusted with the roles I hold today - a true testament to the trust placed in me, reinforcing my deep bond with the company, which is an incredibly important part of my life.
