2024 is shaping up to be a pivotal year for Silea, marking a significant step toward continuous employee development. It all started with an employee satisfaction survey, which revealed a critical need: more training opportunities. This request did not go unheard.
We acted swiftly, partnering with Carriere.it, a platform specialized in corporate training courses. From this collaboration, an ambitious initiative was born: ensuring at least one eLearning course for each employee. The courses are designed to be taken during work hours, divided into modules, and in some cases, complemented by a final certification.
In addition to the standard courses, two training modules were specifically created for the production department, with the aim of providing a tool that can be reused over time to train new staff. This customization reflects Silea’s commitment to enhancing the skills of our employees for the quality of our products.
Investing in training is not only a way to meet the needs of our workers but also a crucial step in maintaining the high level of quality and innovation that distinguishes Silea.
